WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

We use Shopify Payments, which includes Klarna as a payment method. You can read more about Klarna here.
You can also pay directly with your debit card or via PayPal.

HOW DO I MAKE A TRADE?

We currently do not handle any direct exchanges in our warehouse.
You make an exchange by placing a new order on our website. You can then calmly return the product that did not fit.
In case of an exchange, we will make sure that you do not have to pay for any extra shipping costs.
If you wish to make a change, please email info@felizeleon.com and we will help you.
The adjustment will be made when we have received your return.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Together with the shipment you received home, you will find a return slip and a return form. Fill in the return form and stick the return slip on the package. Then hand in your return to the nearest postal agent for PostNord.

WHY IS MY PAYMENT STILL 49 SEK?

This is because when you make a return you are always charged SEK 59 for using our return slip.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS PASSED THROUGH?

When you have placed an order on felizeleon.com, you will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours to the email address you have entered.
If you haven't received one, check your junk mail. If you can't find it, please email us at info@felizeleon.com

HOW LONG DO YOU HAVE DELIVERY TIME?

Our goal is to ship your order within 1-3 working days from the time the order arrives at us.
We reserve the right to any delays within the shipping company.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

We offer free shipping on purchases over SEK 1,000.

It is difficult for us to answer which size will suit you best. At the bottom of the website you will find our size guide that can help you.

HOW DO I MAKE A COMPLAINT?

We always try to resolve all complaints in the smoothest way. Get back to us at info@felizeleon.com with your order number and pictures of the item you wish to advertise.

The defect for which the product is to be advertised must be a clear production defect. Normal wear and tear on a product does not count as a complaint.
