These general terms apply when you, as a customer, make a purchase or place an order on our website felizeleon.com. By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with Felize León AB, registration number 559332-8338. It is your responsibility to review these terms before completing your purchase. By confirming your order, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. Felize León AB reserves the right to update or modify the general terms listed on the website.

PURCHASES AND ORDERS To shop at Felize León AB, you must be at least 18 years old or have a guardian's approval. Before confirming your order, please review it and make any necessary changes. Felize León AB reserves the right to deny or modify your order (e.g., if incorrect personal details are provided or if there are credit issues). A purchase agreement is considered valid once you receive an order confirmation to your provided email address. Felize León AB retains ownership of the products until payment is received. A digital delivery confirmation will be sent once your order has been shipped and serves as your receipt.

We only sell items currently in stock, though availability may change while browsing our website. We cannot guarantee product availability and reserve the right to cancel an order if stock is incorrect at the time of purchase.

PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS Offers such as “Buy 3, pay for 2” mean you receive the cheapest item for free. If part of your order is returned, the promotional discount may no longer apply. Example:

  • If you return the free item, no refund will be issued as the item was not charged.

  • If you return one of the paid items but keep the free one, you will be charged for the free item. Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or codes unless otherwise stated. In cases of over-sale or out-of-stock items, we reserve the right to cancel your order. We will notify you via email if this occurs.

PAYMENT OPTIONS Felize León AB accepts payments via Shopify Payments, including Klarna, one of the most secure online payment methods. You may choose to pay immediately or via invoice. You may also pay using credit/debit card or PayPal.

VAT & CUSTOMS Swedish VAT (25%) is included in prices for deliveries within Sweden and the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any customs or VAT charges based on local regulations.

PRODUCT SAFETY (GSPR) All our garments are produced in accordance with the General Product Safety Regulation (GSPR), ensuring compliance with EU safety standards. GSPR guarantees that products are safe, free from harmful substances, and manufactured under controlled conditions.

PRODUCTION & FACTORY All our garments are made by Luck Panther / Dongguan Panther Sporting Goods Co., Ltd., a factory that conducts thorough quality testing, including colorfastness, durability, and wear resistance before reaching our customers.

RESERVATIONS We strive to describe products accurately. However, we reserve the right for any typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or technical issues beyond our control. We also reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes. Please note that colors may appear differently on screen compared to the actual product.

FORCE MAJEURE Felize León AB is not liable for delays or defects caused by circumstances beyond our control, including war, strikes, natural disasters, government action, supplier failure, or similar unforeseen events.

FRAUD PREVENTION Felize León AB reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders suspected of being fraudulent or harmful to our operations. We may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities or payment providers when necessary. Violations involving misuse of protected areas on felizeleon.com may lead to legal action.

CHANGES TO TERMS Felize León AB reserves the right to update, modify, or replace parts of these terms by posting updates on our website. It is your responsibility as a customer to regularly review the terms. Your continued use of felizeleon.com implies acceptance of any changes.
