DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Your order is usually delivered within 2–5 business days from the time of order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Should the delivery time change during processing, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Felize León AB reserves the right to longer delivery times during high-demand periods such as promotions, sales events, or holidays.

SHIPPING RATES

  • Free shipping on orders over EUR 100.

  • Standard international shipping fee with DHL: EUR 8.50.

  • Packages are sent via DHL Service Point and delivered either to your selected pickup location or your home address.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping cost: EUR 8.50.

Felize León AB is not responsible for any delivery delays.

All order-related communication will be sent to the email and phone number provided at checkout. Please ensure all contact details are correct—Felize León AB is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect customer information.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

When your package arrives at your local pickup point, you will receive a notification by SMS or email.

Please ensure you provide accurate contact details including phone number, shipping address, and email when placing your order.

If the package is not collected, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee for the return shipment automatically triggered by the unclaimed parcel.

DAMAGED GOODS

Upon receiving your products, please inspect the items and packaging immediately.

If any product is faulty or damaged, contact us as soon as possible at info@felizeleon.com so we can assist you.

Felize León AB is not responsible for damages caused during delivery. In such cases, please contact the delivery provider directly.
