HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Together with the shipment you received, you will find a return slip and a return form. Fill out the return form and stick the return slip on the package. Then hand in your return at the nearest PostNord/DHL post office.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED?
Once you have placed an order on felizeleon.com, you will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours to the email address you have provided.

HOW LONG IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?
Our goal is to ship your order within 1-3 business days from the time the order reaches us. Outside of Sweden it may take a few days longer. 3-6 days.
We reserve the right to any delays within the shipping company.

We offer free shipping on purchases over 100 EUR.

We always try to resolve all complaints as smoothly as possible. Please get back to us at info@felizeleon.com with your order number and pictures of the item you wish to complain about.
The defect for which the product is being claimed must be a clear manufacturing defect. Normal wear and tear on a product does not count as a claim.
