EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
REFUNDS Once your returned order has been received and approved by us, a refund will be issued using the same payment method as your original purchase.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
When shopping at our website, you always have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving your items, in accordance with consumer protection laws.
The return period starts from the day you receive your product. Day 1 is the day you are notified that your order is ready for pickup at your delivery point. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in original condition and returned in its original packaging.
Your return must be received by us within 30 days of delivery.
The cost of return shipping is EUR 8.50.
Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund you for the returned products. Please note that a return fee of EUR 8.50 will be deducted.
If a returned item is damaged and not in resellable condition, Felize León AB reserves the right to deduct a value reduction from the refund, up to 100% of the item's value depending on its condition. This is in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
EXCHANGES To ensure faster handling and minimize the risk of the item you want to exchange being sold out, we ask you to place a new order and return the item you want to exchange.
Once we receive your return, we will refund you for the returned product(s). Please note that a return fee of EUR 8.50 applies to all returns.
CLAIMS If you wish to file a claim, please contact us as soon as possible. Proof of purchase (receipt or payment confirmation) is required. Items damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty. It is important that you follow our care instructions.
Felize León AB reserves the right to reject a claim if the product is not deemed faulty under applicable consumer protection legislation.
